Gift Card is redeemable only for buying real estate through Eileen Friedman, as selling agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. This Gift Card entitles the cardholder to a $500 credit when purchasing residential real estate with a sold price over $350,000. The total aggregate value of this card shall not exceed $500 and has no cash value other than the transaction specified above. Limit one card per household. Gift card must be presented and surrendered to the Brokerage and Eileen Friedman to qualify for credit. Credit must be paid directly from Brokerage proceeds at the time of closing to the cardholder and will only be valid and paid as a credit to the buyer upon passing of title of their transaction and receipt of all applicable commissions due to the Brokerage. This offer must be mentioned and presented at first contact meeting with Eileen Friedman to be valid. If you are currently under a buyer brokerage contract, this is not intended to be a solicitation.
